
I haven't made too many stir fry meals so this is more like a rough draft that turned out to be pretty good. On my next try I will probably cut the vegetables smaller so that they cook faster. The noodles I bought came in a brick sized package so next time I will just cut right down the middle to shorten them because they were too long. The only reason I didn't cut them was because I made this dish on Chinese New Years and I read somewhere that eating noodles (uncut) gives you a long life (i think). Why take the chance right?! It wasn't easy working with them long though, so for sure they will get cut the next time I make this dish. It was fun watching my two-year-old try to eat those long noodles though!
