
Chocolate! Something I am never short of in my pantry. It's a delightful cure for my every emotion. After having it in my pancakes, I had to reasses my relationship with this high carbohydrate breakfast. For sure this needs to be in my archives! Please try this if you like chocolate.
The Pancake batter from scratch:
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 tbsp oil
Makes about 6-8 pancakes depending on how small or big you want them.
Additions: grated chocolate and mashed banana
