
If your someone who knows me well, you'll know that I am a huge soup fan. Besides being a carb addict, I can probably have soup for dinner every night of the week (along with a slice of french bread or tortilla of course). My family on the other hand doesn't feel the same way I do about soup, so i'm left with no choice but to settle for having soup once a week. I have however managed to figure out how to accomodate both preferences by just adding more flavor and water to certain recipes, which I guess you can call a stew...hmmm...I wonder if this recipe even falls under that category? Sounds like I have some homework to do. Either way it was G.O.O.D! Of course adding water doesn't work with all recipes, but it worked for this one. My mom was the originator of this recipe but I have adapted it a little more to my own taste bud preferences.
